Remove all packaging. As all appliances vary, these are guidelines only.
Wrap the roast completely in foil and place on a baking tray. Cook in the
centre of a preheated oven at 190°C / Gas Mark 5 for 45-50 minutes.
Leave to stand for 5 minutes before carving.
