Orders are subject to a £15 minimum order value. We aim to despatch orders placed within 48 hours, unless we have contacted you and agreed alternative terms or individual delivery instructions advised by the customer. (Usually orders are dispatched within 48 hours after the receipt and full payment of an order as long as all goods are in stock) Alternatively you may wish to collect your order from our offices in Corby by prior arrangement.
We will endeavour to send out your order as soon as possible, normally to be delivered on the next working day. Please note that deliveries cannot be made on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. We have recently changed our couriers to DPD, who with their service, are able to provide a 1 hour delivery slot to your address. This will be sent out via a text message on the morning of delivery, if are not at home at the time of delivery then you are able to text them back to say where you would like the delivery to be left, either in a safe place or a specific neighbour. If you have a smartphone you can also download their app which allows you to track your parcel and this will also provide you with a 15 minute timeline.
Deliveries can only be made to the UK mainland, unfortunately at current the following postcodes are not covered in the UK Mainland bracket set up by DPD.
