Indulge in the exotic flavours of VBites Vegan Chicken Korma, designed to deliver genuine restaurant quality straight to your plate. Perfect for those who love a mild, creamy, and aromatic profile, this vibrant coconut curry features tender shredded meat-free "Chickenless" pieces.
The velvety sauce is beautifully balanced by fragrant lemongrass, ginger, crushed garlic, and a gentle touch of zesty lime. Rich, warming, and beautifully rounded, it’s a contemporary plant-based alternative.

Because this Korma, meal base is delightfully mild and creamy, it pairs beautifully with lightly spiced coconut rice or traditional jasmine rice. For a complete retail-to-table dinner, serve it alongside peshwari naan, vegetable samosas, and a cooling cucumber raita made with dairy-free yogurt.
If you want to add a bit of extra texture, top the finished dish with a scattering of toasted flaked almonds and fresh coriander. It also makes a fantastic, crowd-pleasing filling for a contemporary plant-based coronation chicken style jacket potato or a mild curry pie.
