Craving a comforting, classic Italian dinner that satisfies the whole family? VBites Meatless Bolognese delivers a hearty, full-bodied tomato sauce packed with our savoury plant-based mince.
Slowly simmered with ripe tomatoes, diced onion, garlic, and traditional Mediterranean herbs, we’ve added a subtle richness from coconut fat and yeast extract for that authentic, slow-cooked depth of flavour. 

This versatile vegan Bolognese, meal base is the ultimate weekday kitchen shortcut. For a quick and classic weeknight meal, toss it generously through spaghetti or penne, topped with a sprinkle of dairy-free cheese.
 Alternatively, use this rich sauce as the filling for a plant-based lasagna, layering it with vegan béchamel and pasta sheets. It also works beautifully spooned over baked sweet potatoes, as a savoury filling for jacket spuds, or even used as a rich base for a homemade vegan sloppy joe.

Reheat the sauce directly from frozen. Simply place it in a saucepan and heat gently, stirring occasionally, until it reaches your preferred serving temperature.

There is no need to boil or fry it. The product is ready to eat and only needs reheating before serving.

Suitable for microwave defrosting and reheating only. Not suitable for prolonged heating or grill function use.

Microwave (from frozen):

Heat on medium power for 3–4 minutes, stir well, then continue heating in 30–60 second intervals until piping hot throughout. Stir before serving.
