This large catering size box of soya medallions are the perfect store cupboard essential. Large pieces of mock meat averaging about 5cm square are so easy to prepare. Just soak for 5 to 10 minutes in hot stock (or add any seasoning you like to the hot water) then pan fry, grill or add to stews or soups.
