Unflavoured textured high protein dried soya mince that has so many uses and is great value for money. Ideal for bolognese, casseroles, pies and stews. For best results, pre-soak in hot water or vegetable stock to allow the mince to expand and soften, then add to your favourite recipe. Alternatively add water/stock, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and simmer for 10 - 15 minutes.
Packed in biodegradeable/compostable packaging including the sellotape, film and label. Bags are made from cellulose (made from wood pulp).
