Organic to the Root Short Grain Brown Rice

Organic to the Root Short Grain Brown Rice has a stickier softer texture than long grained rice, is richer and chewier than white rice and has a sweet nutty flavour. The grains are very absorbent and so a small amount of rice in proportion to liquid is used during cooking.
