Organically grown pinto beans. The pinto bean is named for its mottled skin and is most often eaten whole in broth or mashed and refried. Either whole or mashed, it is a common filling for burritos.
Soak overnight in cold water, rinse well then bring to the boil in unsalted water. Simmer for approximately 1 hour or until tender.
Packed in biodegradeable/compostable packaging including the
sellotape, film and label. Bags are made from cellulose (made from wood
pulp).
