Organic to the Root - Organic Black Turtle Beans. Often known as black beans, they are small with a cream coloured flesh, a mild, earthy taste, and a soft texture. Can be used in soups, stews and sauces. Wash then soak overnight in cold water, rinse well then boil in unsalted water, simmer for 60 minutes or until tender.
