Original Sosmix is a delicious meat free vegetarian / vegan sausage mix perfect for those following a cruelty free lifestyle and also a great source of protein. Its such a quick and easy way to make veggie sausages, pies and more just by adding cold water.

Instructions: Simply mix 150g of Sosmix with 250ml of cold water and allow to stand for 10 mins. Form into sausage or burger shapes and fry gently in a little oil until golden brown or bake on a tray in the oven. Sosmix tastes delicious as it is and does not require seasoning but you can choose to flavour your mix however you wish. Try adding herbs, fried onions, tomato, vegetables, garlic etc to taste before cooking.
