Water, oyster mushrooms, vegetable oil (coconut, sunflower), vegetable protein (Soyaconcentrate, Soya isolate, pea protein), rice, Wheatgluten, natural flavouring, thickeners (methylcellulose), Oatfibre, Wheat starch, sea salt, dextrose, lemon juice, Barleymalt extract, beetroot powder, vitamin B12.

Frozen

Oven
1. Cook from frozen.
2. Place Meatballs onto a baking tray.
3. Preheat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6.
4. Bake in oven for 20 mins.
5. Make sure the Meatballs are cooked thoroughly before eating.

Hob
1. Cook from frozen.
2. Add oil to a frying pan.
3. Fry Meatballs on medium heat for ~15 minutes, turning
regularly until evenly browned.
