Cooking Instructions from Chilled/Defrosted: These instructions are a guideline only. Defrost in a refrigerator for 12-24 hours. 
Microwave - Remove the pre-cooked VBites sausages from the packaging, place them on a plate and cover with a bowl to trap the released moisture. Microwave on full power for 80 seconds (at 800W) and let it sit for at least 1 minute before serving. 
Oven - Preheat you oven to 200°, Gas Mark 6. Place the pre-cooked VBites sausages on a non-stick surface and heat in the middle of the oven for about 13 minutes. For Turbo ovens, follow the manufacturer's direction. 
Air Fry - Place the pre-cooked VBites sausages in the air fryer basket and heat for 8 minutes at 190°C. 
Fry - No need for oil. Carefully place the VBites sausages in a hot shallow pan. Gently warm them through for about 4-5 minutes.
